This film is the follow-on from Slick Gone in 69 Seconds and continues to follow police woman Briana Banks as she infiltrates a group of kinky car thieves who get their kicks from high powered cars and sex, with their latex clad leader, Johnny Thrust. Don't worry about the plot, it's wafer thin. All you need to know is that after 14 days of undercover work, or should that be under rubber work, police HQ have heard nothing from Briana and are starting to worry.

Following a few scenes of squeaky latex sex, police chief Nick East eventually gets a message to turn up at the gangs white-tiled hide out. Briana is waiting for him in her day-glow yellow cat suit, but it's a trap. Waking up, Nick finds himself in purple latex, with rubber clad nurses Zoe and Sabrina in attendance. Zoe applies a little first aid to his cock. Sabrina joins in. The two kiss, with Nick's shaft between their lips. Hiking up her uniform, Zoe climbs onto the trolley and settles herself on Nick's dick. Sabrina takes up position on his face. Rocking and wobbling follow. The girls change places. Jumping down, Nick rams his cock into Zoe's arse. She moans as he rams home. Sabrina prefers to ride him up her bum. Pulling out, Nick showers the nurse's white latex stockings in spunk.

The film ends inconclusively. Not knowing if he has been double crossed, Johnny Thrust tests Briana's loyalty with a good rogering up her arse. Presumably, the story has been left open for Slick 3?

Apart from the fact that Heatwave wanted to sell more DVDs, it's hard to work out why the two films weren't combined. A good 5 to 10 minutes of The Fast and the Furious is recapping the first in the series and the title credits for both are identical. To add to the confusion of girls listed who don't appear, the starting sequence gives the film two names: 'The Fast and the Furious' and 'Trained & Disciplined'. If you like your sex rubber bound, the film may appeal. Though, for the general viewer, it's the comical aspect of the evil Johnny Thrust in a head to toe condom which will leave a lasting impression.
