After a tiring day of accommodation hunting, young Carol can hardly believe her luck at the last address on her list. The room is cosy and available immediately... and the sultry landlady seems to take an immediate liking to Carol. She moves in right away and we watch her undress wearily and slip into bed - but not to sleep. Her new landlady has other ideas for her young lodger: she arrives with drinks, and engages Carol in sexy conversation.
