Though Red Hot MILF's claims to be new and the production dates given for the scenes match up with its release date, the overall impression is of a compilation of scenes thrown together. Isabel Ice stars along side Sandra Romain, Nikki Hunter, Brooke Haven and Kelly Kline, in this mish mash of work released under a MILF title.
