Public Affairs tells the story of five girls who flash in public and have sex in private. Poppy Morgan appears with another European, Sandra Romain, and the American girls Tyla Wynn, Jackie Moor and Vanessa Michaels in this five-scene film.

In her red lingerie and parka coat, Poppy sits in a parked car slipping a large pink dildo into her pussy at the start of scene 3. She wanders into a 'film set' bar complete with wobbly furnishings where biker Brian Surewood is drinking. Teasing him she toys her pussy, he comes over, replacing the plastic with his fingers. Poppy perches on a bar stool and Brian bends to feast on her fanny, his long beard brushing her bum. Poppy drops to the floor to fill her mouth with cock. She pushes it into her cheek and lets it pop out. Sandra Romain enters and watches as Poppy is hoisted onto the bar to be fucked. The whole set moves as he thrusts his manhood home. Though the action in most cases was good, the film is let down by flimsy sets and lack of proper thought. The girls are seen walking through the same reception and corridors whether they are supposed to be going to a bar, student flat or dungeon. While Poppy and most of the girls looked fine, Tyla Wynn looked tired and haggard - not helped by heavy black eye make-up and a nasty crop of spots near her mouth. Really only worth buying if you are a Poppy Morgan fan.
