An American film set in a doctor's consulting room. Louise Armani is a patient of Sean Michaels who complains that her orgasms are weak. He discovers that her clitoris is in her anus. She is in the first and last scenes (the last with Biff Malibu as another doctor) in both of which examinations turn into sex scenes. The last scene has anal, but there are no medium shots which show anal penetration only close-ups; so a body double may have been used.
