Isabel Ice joins four Americans, including Venus and Aria, for Jordan Septo's five-scene film about girls who take cream pies. Each of the sections follows the same basic format - a couple of minutes tease before the guy or guys turn up, then into the action. What is unusual about the film is Septo's directing, with the whole scene being shot from beginning to end on a single camera with virtually no breaks or cuts.

Isabel fans have to wait till the last scene to see her, in a black see-through top, fluorescent green pants, fishnets and boots, playing with herself on a tiger print sofa. She drops to her knees when the guy arrives, sucking his balls into her mouth before taking the full length of his cock gagging down her throat. Ripping her tights, Isabel plunges her pussy onto the dick. Twisting and gyrating her body she hammers hard as her tits are pulled. Turning, she spanks her bum as the cock is thrust into her pussy.
